Overview
A PC-directed semi-automatic placement system for prototypes and small production series. The operator is guided through a job step by step: pick-up and placement positions for the next component are shown on screen, so reading an assembly plan is not required and misplacements are largely eliminated.
Integrated measurement systems check each position targeted with the placement head, and the current head position is shown on screen throughout. Programs can be created by Teach-In or transferred from CAD data.
