Kennedy Series Cleanroom Workbench
Stainless steel cleanroom workbench on casters, with a one inch phenolic resin top, two locking stainless drawers and a full-length bottom shelf.
Overview
A mobile stainless steel workbench built for cleanroom use. The frame is grade 304 stainless steel in 16 gauge with a number 4 brushed finish, fully MIG welded and supplied assembled. The work surface is one inch thick phenolic resin, which is antimicrobial and resistant to chemicals and moisture.
Two stainless steel drawers run on full extension ball bearing suspension, each rated to 100 lb and each with its own tumbler lock and separate key. A full width stainless bottom shelf with a reinforced understructure sits below, and the bench runs on four inch urethane casters.
The bench is rated for Cleanroom Class 1 and higher, and meets ANSI, BIFMA, DIN and GSA structural standards.
This bench spent a short time in a Class 6 cleanroom before we established it was larger than we needed.
