Overview
An integrated two-axis nanopositioning stage supplied as a complete, ready-to-commission motion system. Ironless linear motors and anti-creep crossed-roller bearings give smooth, backlash-free travel of 110 mm on each axis with a minimum incremental motion of 0.5 nm, in an assembly only 85 mm tall.
Three complete systems are available. All three are new and unused; two remain in their unopened original wrapping. None was a demonstration unit and none has been placed into service. Because two units are still sealed, the photographs on this page are Aerotech studio images of the model together with the manufacturer's dimensional drawings.
The Automation1 software licence is attached to the system and is sold with it. No involvement from Aerotech is required to transfer it.
